Role Overview

The Branch Manager will oversee the sales and collection activities at a designated branch location. This leadership role involves fostering strong relationships with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships within the assigned region to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and collection operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with EV OEMs and dealerships in the area.
• Achieve established sales targets and collection performance goals consistently.
• Recruit, onboard, and train branch staff to build a competent team.
• Generate and maintain daily performance reports and management information systems (MIS).
• Engage in regular customer feedback collection to evaluate and enhance satisfaction levels.

Compensation and Location

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 18,000 and 37,000 INR. The role is based in Kota, Rajasthan, India, and requires working onsite to effectively manage branch operations.
