Job Overview
This role focuses on fostering and sustaining strong customer connections using phone, video, and digital communication platforms. The telecaller will thoroughly comprehend customer requirements and suggest appropriate banking or financial solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers through various communication channels including calls, video calls, and digital methods.
