Boutique Manager

Role overview

The Boutique Manager will oversee the full day-to-day operation of a retail boutique in Saudi Arabia. The role covers sales performance, store operations, stock protection, and people management, with the goal of delivering an excellent client experience while driving profitability.

Sales and business growth

• Track and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Bring in new customers and help expand the client base.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions.

Customer experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Manage customer complaints and follow up on defective products with the customer service team and clients.

Team leadership and people management

• Create an effective manpower plan to support productivity.
• Coach, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve both sales and non-sales goals.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and ongoing follow-ups.

Training and development

• Train new joiners on products, counter SOPs, and brand standards.
• Regularly assess product knowledge through tests and reviews.
• Ensure the team completes e-learning modules and earns the required specialist certification.
• Communicate company policies clearly to the sales team.

Inventory and brand standards

• Keep inventory at the right level, with a balanced mix and quality of new, promotional, and fast-moving products.
• Maintain the boutique’s brand image according to company guidelines.
• Handle additional tasks and business needs as required by the company.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
• At least 4 years of work experience in retail, including 2 years in a management role.
• Strong customer focus and a friendly approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.
• Ability to lead a team, meet targets, and work under pressure.
• Positive, responsible, and driven personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
