Key Responsibilities

As a Bitumen Sprayer Operator, you will be vital in performing chip sealing and surfacing tasks throughout Gisborne and the broader North Island. You will work as part of a skilled team to operate and maintain emulsion sprayer equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards for our customers and communities.

Required Skills and Experience

We seek candidates who are safety conscious, dependable, and take pride in their workmanship. Ideally, you will have:

• A minimum Class 2 Driver Licence, with Class 4 preferred
• Proven experience operating SRE spraying machinery
• Background in road surfacing, sealing, civil construction, or related sectors
• Strong mechanical skills coupled with keen attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities and good communication skills
• A commitment to maintaining equipment in excellent condition
• A positive work ethic and willingness to contribute to team success
