Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Biology Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role involves in-depth analysis and refinement of biology-related data to enhance AI development initiatives. The expert will evaluate, create, and optimize scientific content and scenarios, ensuring their scientific rigor and applicability in artificial intelligence training processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess biological data, prompts, and content used in AI workflows, providing comprehensive feedback.
• Develop, review, and improve scientific scenarios and questions that reflect complex biological issues.
• Provide expert insights to guarantee accuracy and depth of AI training datasets within the biological field.
• Work closely with platform teams to resolve ambiguities and enhance data quality and coverage regarding biological topics.
• Document methodologies, rationale, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility in deliverables.
• Engage in iterative evaluations and review processes to improve AI biological capabilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary specialists through knowledge-sharing and contribute to project advancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Biology or a related life sciences field.
• Extensive knowledge of fundamental biological concepts and the skill to communicate complex topics effectively to varied audiences.
• Superior written and oral communication skills to clearly convey scientific reasoning and feedback.
• Experience in scientific data analysis, critical research appraisal, and synthesizing detailed information.
• Ability to work independently, delivering consistent, high-quality results within set project parameters.
• Previous involvement in cross-disciplinary science or technology projects; AI experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, with a commitment to scientific integrity and accuracy.
