About the Role

ASMACS-Qatar is seeking experienced Baristas to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open exclusively to Indian nationals. The role is within the retail sector, specifically involved in serving customers directly in supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance including well-groomed look and English proficiency.
• Operate coffee making equipment such as espresso machines and prepare specialty coffee drinks, including latte art.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and manage POS system operations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
• Manage time effectively to ensure smooth shift operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Completion of 12th grade or Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) with specialization in Hotel Management.
• Work experience ranging from 5 to 8 years as a barista or in a related role.
• Fluent English communication skills and professional demeanor with fair skin as per the job requirement.

Terms and Conditions

• Employment will be on a two-year contract basis.
• Work schedule consists of 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with overtime pay compliant with Saudi labor laws.
• Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company along with applicable overtime compensation.
• Selection process includes shortlisting between 31 July and 5 August 2026 and an online/virtual interview.
