Job Overview
A female back office executive is needed to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be between 25 and 35 years old and will manage lead generation platforms, customer communications, and essential office documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing leads from platforms such as India Mart and Just Dial.
- Making customer calls and following up on inquiries diligently.
- Creating and dispatching quotations to clients.
- Sending reminders concerning payments and quotes.
- Handling general office paperwork and documentation tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Basic proficiency in computer and mobile device operations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Open to fresh graduates or those new to the workforce.
- Preferred age range: 25 to 35 years.
Work Details and Compensation
- Job location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- Working hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on skill set.
