Role Overview

This remote, part-time contract role is ideal for those beginning their product management career. Working closely with the founder and leadership, you will influence the evolution of Signal and the expansive Behavioral Intelligence platform. Your responsibilities encompass product strategy, customer discovery, feature planning, documentation, testing, and release coordination, collaborating closely with engineering, design, research, and customer success teams. Being part of an early-stage startup offers the chance to impact product development from ideation to launch, seeing your contributions directly shape the product and company direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define clear product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct thorough customer and user research to gather insights.
• Assist in prioritizing product features and planning the roadmap.
• Coordinate product launches with engineering and design teams.
• Test new product functionalities and maintain detailed documentation.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to spot improvement opportunities.
• Keep product documentation and internal knowledge bases updated.
• Support collaboration across functions throughout the product lifecycle.
