About the Role
Anyword is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Customer Success Manager to join their innovative AI startup based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role involves helping marketing teams leverage AI-driven content solutions to enhance performance, fostering customer adoption, engagement, and value maximization of the Anyword platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain proactive communications with customers via email, calls, and virtual meetings to boost usage and satisfaction.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and continuous training to facilitate effective platform utilization.
- Act as the primary contact for user inquiries relating to product features, technical issues, and workflow integration.
- Identify customers requiring additional support or opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategies and share insights.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and usage data to inform improvements.
- Develop and update customer education materials such as help articles, resource documents, and training session recordings.
- Conduct and lead live training webinars, and produce on-demand content to enhance customer knowledge and platform value.
- Propose enhancements to customer service processes and overall experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capacity to work independently with initiative and perseverance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable engaging customers proactively through various communication channels.
- Demonstrates curiosity, willingness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or equivalent business intelligence software.
- Background in data analysis.
- Previous experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per annum.
