Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the Store Manager in managing all operational facets of the store. This position focuses on driving sales growth and profitability by developing the team, managing expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory while strictly following company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges between $14.75 to $15.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or management experience is required.
• The role involves physical activities including standing for over 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
