As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging customer experience at our bp-owned store location. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, your focus will be on boosting store growth, enhancing sales results, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your strong knowledge of customer preferences, product offerings, and promotions will support an inviting retail environment. You will thrive on inspiring your team to improve customers' lives through excellent service every day.

Work Schedule
