About the Role and Company
This position is located at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. You will join Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner, operator, and investor managing over 530 properties worldwide across various popular brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI. Minor Hotels operates in more than 50 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.
Role Overview
The Assistant Outlet Manager will contribute to the Food & Beverage operations of the resort aiming to enhance guest satisfaction, foster team performance, and drive business success. Key responsibilities include promoting guest satisfaction, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality. This is accomplished by building and nurturing a strong team dynamic, delivering prompt and courteous service aligned with brand and Food & Beverage standards, managing daily team relations, and empowering team members through appropriate training and encouraging problem solving.
Requirements
- Possession of a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- A strong passion for leadership and fostering teamwork.
- Exceptional attention to detail to uphold operational excellence.
- Excellent skills in guest service.
