Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Project Manager

Overview

The role involves overseeing medium-scale construction projects primarily in residential, commercial, and township developments. The position requires a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing mid-sized construction projects efficiently.
• Applying expertise in civil, structural, and interior finishing works, with a preference for candidates experienced in interior projects.
• Leading teams with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Handling projects within residential, commercial, and township sectors.
• Expertise in preparing project estimations, billing procedures, quantity take-offs from drawings, rate analysis within Bill of Quantities (BOQ), verifying quantities, and conducting site inspections.
• Studying the BOQ according to specifications and extracting precise quantities from drawings.
