Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
• Design and develop effective learning programs and curricula aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage and engage with key stakeholders across departments to facilitate learning initiatives.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops ensuring active learner participation.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to measure impact on performance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a learning culture.
• Facilitate talent development by identifying and nurturing potential in employees.
• Oversee learning operations, governance, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Contribute to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development strategies.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and curriculum creation.
• Proficiency leading facilitation of learning sessions and workshops.
• Experience with competency mapping aligned to role requirements.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including administration and usage.
• Ability to analyze learning metrics and perform evaluation and analytics.
• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
