Art Director

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Art Director to become a key member of our Creative Department at Dallah Holding Media in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent conceptual thinking abilities and superior visual design expertise to craft and implement creative advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement innovative concepts for advertising campaigns.
• Lead visual design efforts from initial ideas through to completed projects.
• Work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and other creative team members to produce effective creative solutions.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation.
• Present creative concepts and visual strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with client goals and brand standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and creative personnel.
• Work alongside production teams and external vendors to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Continuously update knowledge of design trends, new technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Design, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience working within an advertising agency environment, supported by a strong creative portfolio.
• Proven track record in concept creation and campaign management.
• Experience in leading or mentoring less experienced creative team members.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage several projects and client relationships at the same time.
