The organization carries strong credit ratings and a proven track record of business excellence and awards.
Key Challenges

- Upholding the reputation of branches by providing transparent, prompt, and respectful customer experiences with a sensitive asset class.
Performance Objectives
- Business Expansion: Achieve sustained growth in AUM, disbursements, customer base, and market share, while managing a balanced mix of new and renewal loans and optimizing average ticket size.
- Profitability Management: Deliver profitable growth maintaining net interest margin, portfolio yield, cost efficiency, and return metrics including ROA and ROE.
- Portfolio Risk Control: Maintain asset quality by managing GNPA/NNPA ratios, LTV adherence, auction loss minimization, fraud prevention, and recoveries after delinquency.
- Branch Performance: Expand branch network effectively, reduce underproductive branches, and improve per branch productivity and disbursement levels.
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Enhance sales officer productivity, manage acquisition cost, improve conversion and repeat customer ratios, and boost cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to RBI and internal audits, policy compliance, accuracy in documentation, gold purity verification, and eliminate tolerance breaches.
- People Development: Manage attrition, fill critical roles timely, prepare successors, ensure training coverage, and track productivity improvements following training.
