Job Overview
David Carpenter Architect is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect or Architectural Assistant with at least 3 years of experience post Part 2 qualification. The successful candidate will engage in diverse and stimulating projects that require creativity and technical proficiency.

Core Qualifications
- Proficient use of Revit software
- Proven track record of managing projects through stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering high-quality outcomes
- Strong design sense with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Highly organized and proactive in approach
- Good knowledge of Scottish building and planning regulations
- Solid technical understanding related to architectural practices
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience utilizing AutoCAD software
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car
