Overview
This role involves handling authorizations and referral processes related to medical services in a healthcare setting, ensuring proper approvals and data management for patient procedures.
Key Duties
- Manage authorization and referral completion for various medical services.
- Assess patient medical histories and insurance plans to verify eligibility and approve requests.
- Communicate with referring physicians to obtain necessary additional details.
- Accurately record and maintain patient data within internal systems.
- Track appointment and procedure schedules to confirm prior authorizations are secured.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Additional Details
- Fixed weekly off days: Saturday and Sunday.
- Compensation offered ranges up to ₹20,000 per month.
