Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and consulting to customers regarding the selection, design, and application of battery and energy storage systems.
• Conduct tests, performance and lifespan analyses, along with fault diagnostics on battery modules and systems.
• Develop technical specifications, requirement documents, and test reports.
• Assist with integrating batteries into customer-specific applications.
• Lead training sessions and technical workshops for both clients and internal departments.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation.
• Monitor applicable standards and safety regulations.

Position Objectives

• Ensure the optimal technical use of battery products at customer sites to maximize performance, safety, and service life.
• Provide expert technical assistance to customers and internal teams facilitating efficient project execution and resolution of technical challenges.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through prompt, expert analysis and rectification of technical issues.

Requirements

• Completed technical education or degree, such as in electrical engineering, mechatronics, energy technology, battery technology, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in technical customer support or application support is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
