Role Overview

The Analytics Operations Manager will spearhead the coordination of analytics operations, reporting activities, data workflows, performance tracking, and collaborative analytics initiatives across various departments. This role is ideal for professionals specializing in analytics, reporting, operations, data, or business intelligence who seek a broadened scope within an international, fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day analytics operations, including reporting mechanisms and workflow management.
• Align analytics projects and set priorities in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Ensure accuracy, punctuality, and quality in reports and analytical outputs.
• Partner with teams from Data, IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sales for analytics support.
• Develop and refine processes related to analytics requests, report generation, and data dissemination.
• Track key performance indicators and operational analytic metrics consistently.
• Conduct reviews of dashboards, reports, and analytics products to maintain consistency and quality.
• Pinpoint inefficiencies in processes and propose enhancements.
• Assist with initiatives focused on data validation, quality assurance, and reporting precision.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics workflows, reporting requirements, and procedures.
• Manage access to tools, resources, and prioritize analytics tasks effectively.
• Generate regular operational updates and performance reports for management oversight.
• Contribute to automation projects and overall process improvements.
• Support the establishment of best practices in analytics operations and reporting governance.
• Stay updated with current analytics technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, or relevant operations roles.
• Solid knowledge of analytics concepts and data-centered business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective organizational and project coordination skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical software considered advantageous.
• Background working with cross-departmental teams is beneficial.
• Professional certifications in analytics or data are appreciated but not mandatory.
