About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Business Forecast & Planning team within Customer Care Operations. This pivotal role serves as the nexus for forecasting and capacity management for our global support functions, translating intricate operational and business data into precise, actionable strategies. You will collaborate closely with operations leaders to ensure alignment of staffing with business needs, filtering out noise to focus on the critical factors, and helping to guide critical decisions impacting support staffing and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models and frameworks linking business drivers to decisions about staffing and resource allocation.
- Interpret and simplify large, complex, and sometimes unclear data sets into understandable insights that support leadership recommendations.
- Manage daily planning tasks, including dashboard upkeep, accurate reporting, and supporting business review sessions with attention to critical details.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to design and sustain dashboards, reports, and analyses enhancing team insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize planning and operational processes within the team and help implement improvements.
- Respond efficiently to ambiguous and time-sensitive inquiries by leveraging modern analytical tools to increase efficiency and speed.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in roles involving planning, forecasting, capacity or resource management, or comparable analytical positions in consulting, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, or operational strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with practical skills in SQL and Python programming.
- Proficiency and comfort with AI technologies to accelerate analytical tasks and enhance problem-solving.
- Robust business understanding with a genuine curiosity about complex business systems; quick learner with an action-oriented approach.
- Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to translate data into effective decisions and communicate clearly to build trust across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Experience with workforce management or resource planning is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for Toronto-based candidates is CAD $79,600 to CAD $99,500, exclusive of bonuses, equity, and benefits. Salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location.
