Overview
AirDesk Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Air Ticketing & Customer Support Executive to join their team at the Gillco Valley, Kharar office. This position operates on a night shift schedule with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Work Schedule
The role involves working a 9-hour shift between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM, which includes 8 hours of active work and a 1-hour break.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to flight reservations.
- Provide assistance to customers through calls and emails concerning booking queries.
- Meet the outlined daily and monthly sales and booking objectives.
- Update and maintain accurate customer profiles within the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Effective communicator in English, Hindi, and Punjabi languages.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence.
- Positive mindset accompanied by a strong eagerness to learn.
- Capability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
