Air Freight Operation Executive - UAE Experienced

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Air Freight Operations Executive to oversee import and export air freight activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air freight shipments for both import and export.
• Liaise effectively with airlines, clients, international agents, and customs authorities.
• Prepare, review, and authenticate all shipping documentation.
• Facilitate shipment processing through CALOGI, Dubai Trade, and Mirsal II platforms.
• Maintain strict adherence to customs and airline regulatory standards.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery coordination.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in air freight operation processes.
• Familiarity with CALOGI, Dubai Trade, and Mirsal II systems.
• Understanding of Dangerous Goods Regulations applicable to air transport.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capable of performing well under pressure while meeting set deadlines.
