Role Overview

We seek an AI Research Scientist to join our client's team as a full-time member responsible for innovating and advancing frontier AI models and the underlying infrastructure. The position involves pioneering research, system architecture design, and implementation of next-generation machine learning solutions, aimed at extending the horizons of AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, emphasizing scalability and operational efficiency.
• Architect and enhance large-scale AI training and inference platforms.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deploy AI models in production settings.
• Conduct evaluation and benchmarking of new AI methodologies against current state-of-the-art techniques.
• Publish technical findings and actively contribute to the broader AI research ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or closely related disciplines.
• Experience managing large-scale distributed computing systems and leveraging cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proficiency programming in Python and using AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of GPU and TPU acceleration for high-performance computing tasks.
• Capacity to innovate and implement novel algorithms for AI model training and inference workflows.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of $600,000 to $2,000,000.
