Role Overview
This role is designed for someone passionate about AI and dedicated to helping others embrace and effectively use AI tools. As the AI Adoption Specialist, your core responsibility will be to assist Manukora’s teams in gaining confidence and proficiency with AI, facilitating training sessions, creating user-friendly guides, providing support, and translating everyday workflows into AI-supported processes. This position complements the AI Automation Engineer role, focusing on preparing the workforce to integrate AI knowledgeably.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI training initiatives including onboarding sessions, workshops, office hours, and one-on-one coaching tailored to employees at varying levels of AI familiarity.
- Develop practical learning resources such as concise guides, video tutorials, prompt examples, playbooks, and customized materials for different teams.
- Monitor AI adoption rates throughout the organization, identify areas needing assistance, and promote efficient, confident use of AI to improve workflow and reduce manual tasks.
- Engage with teams to discover use cases for AI integration, ranging from straightforward coaching to proposing ideas suitable for advanced automation development.
- Promote responsible AI usage by educating staff about AI capabilities, limitations, and the importance of human judgment, fostering a trustworthy AI culture.
Candidate Profile
- Strong enthusiasm for AI combined with a genuine desire to help others understand and utilize it effectively.
- Proven ability as a trainer, facilitator, coach, or communicator able to explain complex concepts in simple terms without causing intimidation.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Curious about work processes and adept at identifying and resolving workflow inefficiencies.
- Skilled at creating clear, straightforward written content and video guides.
- Pragmatic about AI adoption, avoiding hype and emphasizing critical thinking, validation, and practical application.
- Enjoys engaging with people, posing insightful questions, and boosting team confidence.
Experience and Skills
- Background in learning and development, training, enablement, change management, digital adoption, operations improvement, internal consulting, or a related people-centric function.
- Extensive hands-on experience using generative AI tools in practical scenarios.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Competence in preparing training materials, guides, playbooks, and video demonstrations.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple teams and inquiries efficiently.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with AI adoption, digital transformation, or tech rollouts.
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalents.
- Work experience in fast-paced consumer brands, ecommerce, supply chain, marketing, finance, or operations fields.
- Basic skills in workflow automation.
- Experience building internal communities, champion programs, or conducting office hours.
