Job Summary
We seek a motivated and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Germany on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various departments with administrative tasks, facilitating effective office management, and assisting in smooth business operations. This entry-level position offers great potential for individuals aiming to launch or develop their administrative careers in a professional setting.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide routine administrative support to supervisors and team members across departments.
- Organize and maintain schedules, arrange meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare, organize, and archive business documentation, reports, and records.
- Handle correspondence, including responding to emails and phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and upkeep of company databases.
- Assist with travel planning, event organization, and coordinating meetings when needed.
- Support onboarding activities and general administrative functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive corporate and employee information.
- Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related area, alternatively equivalent practical experience.
- Prior administrative or office support experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective time management.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple duties and set priorities appropriately.
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Capability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a team.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is advantageous but not compulsory.
