About the Role
Sree Impex is seeking a diligent and organized Admin Executive to manage everyday office administration duties, payment follow-ups, and maintain seamless office functions at their Broadway, Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the office remains clean and well-maintained, with all necessary supplies available.
- Liaise with vendors to arrange repairs, maintenance, and other office-related services.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Manage courier bookings, dispatch of samples, and coordinate logistics.
- Provide support with travel planning, banking tasks, insurance, and document handling.
- Maintain petty cash accounts and assist with administrative reports.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate efficient business operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in office administration roles.
- Strong communication abilities in English and Tamil; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.
- Skilled in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
- Capable of multitasking and working independently.
Compensation and Work Details
The salary range offered is ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, subject to negotiation. This is a full-time position based onsite in Broadway, Chennai.
