Job Overview
Qube Art Frames | Gallery is seeking a meticulous Accounting Assistant to join their finance department and provide vital support in managing day-to-day accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
- Maintain and update comprehensive accounting records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in conducting bank reconciliations to verify financial transactions.
- Offer support for accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Handle various administrative duties related to finance as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Have between one to two years of practical experience in accounting roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
