About the Company
BHAMA Enterprises (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, specializing in manufacturing water bottles, tiffins, and similar products. The company is expanding its team and seeking a qualified Accountant to support its financial operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage regulatory compliance including GST filing, TDS processing, and related statutory requirements.
- Compile financial statements and ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and timely.
- Utilize accounting software tools (Tally or ERP systems preferred) for financial management.
- Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and generating financial reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree of B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), or M.Com in Accounting or related fields.
- At least one year of professional accounting experience.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and proficient Excel usage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, dependent on experience.
- Entitlements include overtime compensation and an annual performance bonus.
- Eligible for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) schemes.
- Additional mobile phone allowance to support work communications.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position located on-site in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
