Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Account Managers to take full ownership of the owner experience throughout the leasing process. This position involves managing client communications, ensuring process deadlines are met, and maintaining tight execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for owners during the leasing journey, delivering premium client service.
• Coordinate workflow tasks including verifying readiness, collecting required information, managing next steps, and preventing delays.
• Provide regular proactive updates so owners are always informed about current status and upcoming actions.
• Handle urgent, time-sensitive matters with effective communication and priority management.
• Ensure proper collection and tracking of necessary documentation per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system including notes, task management, follow-ups, and progression tracking.
• Identify and escalate potential issues early to safeguard client satisfaction using sound judgment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously with consistent follow-up strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling client concerns effectively.
• Strong adherence to processes and comfort working within structured CRM workflows.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Preferred Experience

• Background in leasing, property management, or real estate operations.
• Experience in environments with high volume and service level agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Familiarity with AI tools or technology to enhance documentation, reporting, and team efficiency.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

• Dual monitor setup for multitasking.
• Computer with at least 16GB of RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with speeds exceeding 100 Mbps.
• Webcam for virtual interactions.
• Noise-cancelling headset to maintain clear communication.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is performance-based, with earnings approximately ranging from CAD 45,000 to CAD 50,000 or more annually, depending on performance. Complete salary details will be disclosed during the interview phase.
