About the Role

As an Account Manager at Euro Car Parts Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the organization by delivering outstanding customer service to both existing and prospective clients. You will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads and opportunities across LKQ UK and Ireland channels while ensuring all marketing and promotional activities remain compliant.
• Identify new, lapsed, and current business prospects within your assigned geographic branch areas.
• Conduct thorough customer account evaluations alongside branch management, focusing on key performance indicators and potential opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with internal stakeholders while developing a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector.
• Serve as an active contributor to the ECP Business Development Team, embodying company standards, behaviors, and values to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in regional customer events specific to the business and attend national and local training sessions.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
