About the Opportunity

This role is part of a growing education technology and student success organization focused on helping learners across India with tailored academic guidance, career planning, and support for college admissions. The team uses a personalized, insight-driven counseling approach to improve enrollment, retention, and long-term student success.

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Hold individual counseling discussions with students and parents to understand their goals, identify suitable paths, and create practical education plans.
• Support learners with subject or course selection, exam preparation planning, and applications to colleges or universities based on their strengths and ambitions.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and use CRM platforms to manage interactions, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
• Work alongside marketing and admissions teams to improve communication, run workshops, and help move students from inquiry stage to enrollment.
• Keep up with changes in education trends, university rules, scholarship options, and entrance exam patterns in India and overseas.
• Conduct workshops and webinars for schools, parents, and student groups on academic planning, stress control, and career readiness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on ability with CRM systems for tracking student engagement and progress.
• Strong background in student counseling and academic guidance.
• Understanding of college admissions processes and application support.
• Ability to plan academic pathways and advise on exam preparation strategies.
• Comfortable communicating with parents and explaining educational options clearly.
• Capability to lead workshops and present to groups effectively.
• Awareness of current developments in the education sector and admission landscape.
• Exposure to edtech environments is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of study-abroad routes such as the US, UK, or Australia is preferred.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret student outcome data are beneficial.
