3D Artist - Architectural Visualization

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven CGI Designer to join our real estate development design team, focusing on iconic hospitality projects. This role requires producing detailed 3D models and visualizations that accurately represent design intentions, particularly during conceptual stages. Efficiency in 3D modeling and rendering is essential as you will work closely with the Design Director to translate sketches into architectural concepts and collaborate with teams specializing in exterior and interior design. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, self-sufficient, and confident in presenting design concepts to clients.

Work Location and Collaboration

• This is a fully remote position.
• Collaboration occurs within Central European Time (CET) or UK working hours.
• Note: The company does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize exterior, interior, and architectural projects.
• Develop and propose original design concept ideas aligned with client requirements for feedback and refinement.
• Create custom materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer based on interior design selections.
• Model or source 3D Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) according to exterior and interior design selections.
• Produce bespoke furniture models from sketches or reference images.
• Deliver quick sketch renders and previews for internal reviews, covering both interior and exterior aspects.
• Work effectively within an agile team environment and utilize project management tools such as Jira.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CGI Exterior Designer with a substantial portfolio of completed projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a CGI Interior Designer with documented work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, and related visualization software.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is mandatory.
