Onboarding and Support

Graduates undergo a week-long induction to familiarize themselves with the company, during which they are paired with a buddy and a coach to ease team integration. Role Overview

As an Analyst, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team assisting clients in reimagining their operations by leveraging data and emerging technologies.

Possible focus areas include:

• AI strategy development to help clients become data and AI-driven
• Design and deployment of modern data platforms and cloud technologies
• Implementation of data governance and management frameworks ensuring high-quality data
• Application of robotic and cognitive automation to enhance workforce efficiency
• Utilizing autonomous algorithms to generate actionable insights
• Exploring generative AI to foster creativity, improve customer experience, and manage associated risks

Typical responsibilities include collaborating on projects to modernize client platforms and technology, crafting AI and analytics strategies, developing cloud and AI solutions, performing data modelling and analysis, and advising clients on strengthening their data capabilities. The project-centric nature of the work offers exposure to diverse tasks and client engagements, allowing you to discover your strengths and preferences.

Candidate Profile

• Currently in the final year of a degree in STEM fields, Business, Finance, Commerce, or data-related disciplines
• Thrives in collaborative environments
• Strong interest in cloud computing, data strategy, analytics, and intelligent technologies
• Capable of conducting data analysis and drawing fundamental conclusions
• Resilient and comfortable tackling ambiguous challenges
• Analytical thinker with a natural problem-solving inclination
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
