About the Internship
This remote internship offers an opportunity to work as a Talent Acquisition Intern with Usurp HRtech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in simplifying and enhancing hiring processes by combining advanced technology with psychological and recruitment expertise to deliver top talent. The internship is based in Hyderabad but fully work-from-home, running for 3 months with a chance for full-time placement based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Create clear and precise job descriptions for a variety of roles.
- Post job vacancies on relevant portals and LinkedIn to attract candidates.
- Perform targeted candidate sourcing and headhunting to find suitable individuals.
- Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain detailed candidate records, trackers, and documentation.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines for active hiring demands.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Availability during the designated work hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM including breaks.
- Own a laptop, mouse, and have a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Basic recruitment knowledge or a strong eagerness to learn the recruitment process.
- Ability to organize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

Additional Information
- The stipend includes a fixed monthly pay between ₹8,000 to ₹10,000, plus an incentive of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000, totaling ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Working hours are daily from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM including breaks.
- The internship offers a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
