This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes at GNF International, a global recruitment firm managing HR duties for various international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates using job portals and social networking platforms.
- Perform initial resume screenings and engage candidates for preliminary discussions.
- Organize interview schedules and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Assist in managing comprehensive recruitment activities from start to finish.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fundamental understanding of recruitment or human resources principles.
- Competent in using MS Office applications.
- Demonstrates a positive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship anytime between 10th July 2026 and 14th August 2026.
- Committed to a 6-month internship duration.
- Applicants must reside in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Compensation and Perks
