About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to work with a pioneering company focused on revolutionizing direct-to-consumer experiences using cutting-edge personalization technology. Interns will be involved in delivering true one-to-one personalization at scale, enabling brands to craft more engaging and relevant customer journeys online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy features spanning frontend and backend, particularly on the JavaScript plugin operating on client ecommerce platforms.
- Design, implement, and test APIs; manage databases; and create integrations with external platforms.
- Analyze and work with data from the experimentation and personalization engine to interpret outcomes and optimize solutions.
- Create features leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, focusing on effective utilization rather than mere integration.
- Identify and resolve production-level issues, manage deployments, and ensure your work impacts real users.
- Engage proactively by asking questions, contributing innovative ideas, and taking ownership of your developments while collaborating closely with engineering leaders and founders.

- Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in this field, preferably pursuing Computer Science or related disciplines but a strong portfolio can substitute formal education.
- Essential to demonstrate real project experience via GitHub repositories, live deployments, or equivalent evidence.
- Should be comfortable with JavaScript and at least one backend language such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Curiosity and a deep drive to understand the fundamentals behind technology, including confidently explaining all contributions and being adept at using AI coding tools.
Compensation and Additional Information
The internship stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month. Two openings are available for this role. Immediate start is preferred.
