Jarurat Care is looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to facilitate smooth execution of projects across various departments including HR, technology, design, outreach, and content. This internship offers the opportunity to become the pivotal link that coordinates and aligns operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities across multiple teams such as HR, technology, design, outreach, and content.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using structured tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
- Ensure clear task ownership and maintain regular follow-ups with team members.
- Identify challenges or bottlenecks in processes and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain timely completion of tasks and communicate updates effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of workflows and recommend process optimizations.
- Provide support to leadership in ongoing initiatives and project management.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project execution.
