About Scope for Change

We focus on social and environmental initiatives in areas such as education, women empowerment, environmental conservation, social welfare, and health. Our flagship initiative, 'Hamein Padhao Hamein Badhao,' makes a transformative impact by establishing learning centers and providing quality educational opportunities to underserved populations, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty and enabling individuals to build brighter futures.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities at SFC learning centers and government schools.
- Provide direct teaching support and mentor teachers on innovative instructional methods.
- Manage teachers, interns, and volunteers to facilitate effective project execution.
- Maintain records including student attendance, assessments, and monthly progress documentation.
- Create educational materials such as worksheets and learning resources tailored for students.
- Coordinate and conduct awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building sessions addressing health, hygiene, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, and environmental education.
- Liaise with school principals, educators, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Plan and manage school events, employee engagement initiatives, educational campaigns, and outreach programs.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project quality, gather data, and prepare reports on activities and impacts.
- Prepare project documentation including presentations, photographic evidence, case studies, and success narratives.
- Support fundraising efforts and contribute to proposal and report writing.
- Manage social media content updates, basic graphic design tasks, photography, and documentation of activities.
- Drive student admissions and enhance community engagement in SFC programs.
- Ensure all tasks are completed punctually with a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and quality.

- The internship requires a full-time, in-office commitment based in Delhi or Gurgaon.
- Candidates should be able to start between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
