Overview
Join Shiv Realty as an Inside Sales intern to gain practical experience in a fast-moving real estate setting focused on luxury residential and commercial properties in North Goa. This role entails direct client interaction, using CRM platforms, and assisting in closing deals to contribute to revenue expansion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to generate leads.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with existing clientele.
- Support the sales team in formulating and executing sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software to monitor leads and conversions.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Adopt and apply effective communication methods to facilitate sales closure.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship based in North Goa.
- Available to commence internship between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
- Can dedicate six months to the internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in sales and client management.
- Preference also given to women looking to start or reenter their careers.
- Candidates should be from North Goa, specifically from DMC or Xavier College.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 15,000 to 20,000.
- Completion certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
