Role Overview
Get Structured Consulting Services OPC offers an internship position in Human Resources designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR activities. This internship provides exposure to the foundational aspects of HR operations, aiming to enhance the efficiency and compliance of organizational workforce management.
Primary Duties
- Manage and organize employee records and documentation accurately.
- Provide support during the onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
- Maintain HR information systems and track attendance.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to policies.
- Assist in preparing HR-related correspondence and reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets for data handling.
- Excellent organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
- Keen interest in learning about HR methodologies and tools.
Additional Details
- Location: Mumbai or Bangalore, India (mandatory in-office presence).
- Internship Duration: Three months, starting immediately.
- Working Days: Five days per week.
- Benefits: Internship certificate upon completion.
- Stipend Range: Between 8,000 to 10,000 INR per month.
