About the Internship
This internship involves partnering with the program team to oversee daily operational tasks. The intern will assist and support schools in administering designated programs effectively, while also gathering and analyzing feedback from schools and other stakeholders to enhance program quality and service delivery.
The role requires independently managing assigned schools to ensure seamless activity execution and conducting research to onboard additional schools to broaden program outreach.
Who Can Apply

Stipend and Perks
The stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
Perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, informal dress code, and a five-day workweek.
Additional Requirements
- A minimum of six months experience in tutoring or working at schools/NGOs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and in collaborative team settings.
- Fluency in both English and Kannada languages.
