About the Internship
The Alchemy Drip, a legacy-rich company specializing in manufacturing and supplying superior school uniforms since 1963, offers an immersive internship opportunity. Interns will gain firsthand experience in supporting and streamlining various business operations focused on fabric quality, fit consistency, and timely delivery. This role involves close interaction with school management and handling practical operational challenges to ensure efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily business functions including coordination with customers, schools, and vendors.
- Monitor order statuses and accurately keep operational documentation up to date.
- Support inventory management and oversee logistical processes.
- Use Canva and artificial intelligence software to develop marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Manage content for social media platforms and company website.
- Help organize and implement educational expos.
- Engage in assorted projects that support business objectives as assigned.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available full-time onsite for a 2-month period, commencing between July 15 and August 19, 2026.
- Open to fresh graduates and students from disciplines such as BBA, BCom, BBM, MBA, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or related areas.
- Must demonstrate proactive ownership, adaptability, learning agility, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools, including ChatGPT, is preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently are essential.
Compensation and Additional Benefits
- The intern stipend ranges from INR 13,500 to 17,000 per month, comprising a fixed component between 13,000 and 15,000 INR plus an incentive of 500 to 2,000 INR monthly.
- Successful completion may lead to a job offer with an annual salary between INR 280,000 and 300,000.
