About the Role
Blue Rose Publishers Private Limited invites candidates for a full-time, in-office internship based in Noida. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in customer service within the publishing industry, helping authors realize their publishing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with authors through calls, emails, and meetings to clearly grasp their publishing needs.
- Spot chances to promote additional publishing, marketing, and promotional services to authors.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships for enhanced satisfaction and recurring engagements.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Achieve and surpass sales and upselling targets set for the role.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be graduates with proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
- Must be available for a full-time internship lasting two months, starting anytime between August 1 and September 5, 2026.
- Immediate joining capability is essential.
- Relevant skills include negotiation, problem-solving, client relationship management, and strong spoken and written communication.

Additional Information
- Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, employees can expect an annual salary between INR 240,000 and 264,000.
