About the Internship
Join as a Podcast Host Intern at Meru Technosoft Private Limited, where you will produce compelling long-form video and podcast content centered on business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, and the transformative effects of AI on business operations. This role involves collaborating directly with founders, CFOs, accountants, and industry experts to generate insightful dialogues targeting a professional audience.

- Industry perspectives on accounting, taxation, compliance, and operational aspects.
- The role and influence of AI in finance, accounting, and business workflows.
- Engaging conversations with founders, CFOs, accountants, and business leaders.
Daily Responsibilities
- Host and facilitate long-format podcast episodes, interviews, and video discussions on camera.
- Conduct research to design engaging topics, formulate episode angles, and curate insightful questions.
- Source, approach, and onboard potential guests while coordinating all preparatory activities.
- Develop comprehensive episode briefs, schedules, and structured interview outlines.
- Work collaboratively with the production team during recording sessions, confidently operating in a studio setting.
- Ensure a consistent editorial tone and cohesive direction across the podcast series.
- Partner closely with marketing to create promotional materials and strategize episode distribution.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available full-time onsite for 6 months starting between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
- Possess strong on-camera presence with ability to conduct live and recorded interviews.
- Proficient spoken English; knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is advantageous.
- Excellent listening skills with aptitude for asking insightful follow-up questions.
- Comfortable recording in professional studio environments with minimal retakes.
- Deep interest in business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, and new technologies.
- Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills to manage guest coordination and publishing timelines.
- Ability to independently take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in podcasting, broadcasting, anchoring, YouTube, or live event hosting.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of video editing processes.
