About the internship
KNSG & CO LLP is inviting applications for a full-time, in-office Company Secretary internship in Delhi. The firm has 10 years of experience and handles audit assignments, taxation matters such as income tax and GST, banking-related work including stock audits, and MCA-related compliance work. Interns will get the chance to work directly with CA Naman Singla (ex-KPMG) and CA Ripika Gupta (ex-ICICI) in a risk analyst capacity.
What you will do
- Support MCA compliance activities such as company incorporation, amendments to AOA/MOA, charge filings, and filing of annual returns and financial statements.
- Carry out accounting-related tasks using accounting software.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, compliance follow-up, and related communication.
- Commit to a minimum internship period of 12 months, with the possibility of an extension.
