About the Internship
This internship offers a comprehensive experience in process review, regulatory compliance, and business analysis within a leading financial services company. Interns will engage in Fair Practice Code (FPC) assessments, analyze customer-facing operations, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards including RBI guidelines and internal governance. The role involves identifying compliance gaps and recommending improvement measures to enhance transparency, control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of business processes and customer journeys to ensure compliance with Fair Practice Code and regulatory requirements.
- Assess accuracy and transparency of products, processes, and documentation affecting customers.
- Identify compliance risks, areas needing enhancement, and implement recommended corrective actions.
- Analyze operational and financial workflows to propose solutions improving efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Finance to resolve compliance issues and drive alignment.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates documenting compliance findings and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance records, trackers, audit evidence, and support governance activities.
- Assist in periodic compliance evaluations, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
- Participate in governance initiatives and the maintenance of compliance review schedules.
