This remote internship offers the opportunity to engage in selling and promoting travel packages tailored for both individual consumers and corporate clients. The role involves recommending detailed plans covering itinerary options, pricing structures, and necessary travel documents. Interns will manage inbound inquiries and conduct follow-ups via various communication platforms like phone, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell domestic and international tour packages to diverse clientele.
- Provide clients with comprehensive details on travel itineraries, pricing, and required documentation.
- Respond to inbound queries and pursue potential sales leads using phone, WhatsApp, and Google meetings.
- Assess clients’ preferences, budgets, and needs to offer suitable packages.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring thorough follow-up on leads.
- Aim to achieve or surpass quarterly individual sales targets and support team objectives.
- Keep abreast with the latest trends in travel, emerging destinations, and new product offerings.
