Key Responsibilities

• Support the financial accounting team with daily operations, focusing on banking, accounts payable, and receivable activities.
• Assist with administrative and tax reporting tasks, gaining insight into essential financial workflows.
• Independently prepare reports and reconciliations while aiding the team in data compilation and analysis.
• Participate in IT and system modifications, particularly during testing phases, implementations, and documentation processes.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled at a state-recognized university for at least one more year.
• Ideally pursuing studies in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with focus on Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
• Previous practical experience is a plus but not mandatory; strong attention to detail, reliability, and interest in data and numbers are essential.
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-focused manner while taking initiative and responsibility for tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent German communication skills are required; English abilities are advantageous.
• Working hours: 16 to 20 hours per week.
