Workforce Mobilization Specialist

Role Overview

The position focuses on facilitating the mobilization of workforces, ensuring all necessary assets, operational requirements, and personnel are aligned and ready for deployment under new contracts and existing accounts. This role entails coordinating onboarding, deployment, and monitoring workforce compliance along with continuous improvement efforts related to mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning of mobilization activities to guarantee workforce, assets, and operations are prepared as scheduled.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and deployment for new contracts, ensuring smooth assignment processes.
• Track mobilization progress to comply with timelines and contractual obligations.
• Oversee workforce documentation including certifications, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage allocation of vehicles and assets to various operational and customer sites.
• Maintain detailed mobilization trackers, readiness reports, and compliance files.
• Facilitate mobilization kick-off meetings and manage communication between all stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and proactively escalate risks or potential delays.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms and support reviews after mobilization completion.
• Keep accurate records for workforce deployment status, contract readiness, and service initiation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Fleet, and Customer teams to successfully execute mobilization plans.
• Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at improving mobilization processes continuously.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Logistics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in roles involving mobilization, workforce planning, operations coordination, project coordination, account management, or service delivery.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating workforce deployment, onboarding, or operational readiness.
• Strong skills in reporting, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various reporting tools.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
